Kleiber & Schulz is an engineering firm specializing in the design and manufacture of wet blasting machines for surface treating metal, glass, plastic and rubber products.

Why Wet Blast?

Productive.  Problem-free.  Flexible.  Safe for operator, plant and production parts.  They're all benefits of today's Kleiber & Schultz wet blast systems.  In fact, dozens of industries have discovered that our industry-leading wet blast systems present many advantages over other blasting processes.

Our self contained wet blast system uses a slurry made up of recirculated water and media directed through a high-volume pump to a blast gun where regulated air pressure can be added to maximize productivity.  This system effectively eliminates dust, chemicals, waste water pollution and potential leaks outside of the machine.

No Surface Impregnation

Wet blasting uses water as a buffer between metal and media to cushion shock and deaden the downward force, providing controlled cleaning

Dry grit blasting creates direct media-to-part contact.  The impact force could cause impregnation, surface damage, dimensional changes and excess breakdown of the media.
